Qualifications:

• Maintain thorough knowledge of current automotive products, features, benefits, specifications, prices, options, models, and equipment to effectively communicate with customers and exceed customer satisfaction benchmarks.
• Effectively communicate and introduce vehicle purchases to the customer. Ensure customer satisfaction while properly showing the customer how to operate all functions within the vehicle.
• Ensure follow-up with customers after purchase to review any questions regarding functions and technology of multiple model line vehicles.
• Accurately review sales orders and invoices for proper completion and calculations.
• Complete and maintain all Larry H. Miller Dealerships and factory required training. (If applicable)
• Maintain employee, customer, and vendor confidence and protect operations by utilizing discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Maintain ability to handle job stress and effective interaction with others in the workplace.
• Complete all other job duties as requested by management.

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record according to dealerships guidelines

• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to Larry H. Miller sales process to achieve or exceed group standards such as sales production, gross profit and applicable benchmarks which result in profitability and customer service satisfaction.

• Greet and guide clients as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process.

• Engage in conversation with clients to fully understand their needs.

• Assist clients to identify a vehicle that fulfills their wants and needs.

• Be the vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology

• Customize vehicle delivery while ensuring that the client understands the vehicle's operational feature.

• Daily follow up using the dealership's Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).

• Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
